*puts on old southern redneck accent*
"THE SOUTH WILL RISE AGAIN!" Obama wanted change, but i dont think he had this in mind.... me and my brother were talking about this last night, the states of the southeast banded together we would have the potential to be powerful... Most of the nations oil comes in through Louisiana, southeast has most of the military bases, Georgia has Lockheed for military aircraft, Kentucky has the national gold reserves... i would like to see how far this really goes... the world is going to hell in a handbasket real fast... The states just need some rights back... what we have now is federalist to the core.
I'm going to go throw some tea into the river, brb.

I really don't think this will go too far. I truly believe that state's rights have been tramped upon, and anyone who is for the re-assertion of state's rights is unfortunately seen as a gun-toting maniac. If however my state tries to truly secede, then they will NOT have my support; I will pack up my shit and never look back. We fought too hard to get past a very, very dark past as well as dispel many myths based on ancient Southern stereotypes. Actual secession will take the ultimate step backwards. It's not the way to go.
