Spring is in full bloom here in the nation’s capital and the EDM scene is really starting to rev up. DayGlow the world’s largest paint party is rolling into DC with Alesso at the wheel. The marriage between Alesso and DayGlow could not be more perfect, with the back drop of thousands of crazed paint covered fans; Alesso will match and exceed the energy level behind the decks reminding us what a DJ should be. A showman! The promising Swedish DJ has had an amazing year of fantastic remixes with the likes of Swedish House Mafia, Avicci, and Tiesto. After making his way into DJ Mags top 100 DJ list in 2011 he has been considered one of EDMs hottest artists. Alesso’s hard work has continued to pay off as he won the 27th Annual IDMA’s Best Progressive Track for his collaboration with Sebastian Ingrosso on the massive track “Calling”. His massive tunes are invading the radio waves yet again as he has already pumped out some new tunes with a wide variety of sounds like “Years” with hints of trance all the way to a straight house banger “Eclipse (Why Am I Doing This?). The scene is set, the tickets are sold out and DC is ready. The circus is coming to town and Alesso is the ringleader. Come 7PM on April 14th at RFK Stadium, DC will hear and feel the power of the EDM Movement. Alesso has the brush. We are the canvas, let yourself glow and the paint flow. HERE COMES DayGlow!
