whirling winds, leaves in flight
and somehow in the middle
a plastic bag gets caught in the mist
higher and higher it went
now apart of the journey
it removed itself from my sight
tumbling are the other 3 bags
one after the other
its as if they each have a language that they speak
theirs a brief linger between them
when one stops the other goes after
as if their gesturing "follow me"
and then, like nothing had ever happened at all
they fall back asleep
the air becomes still
like they had never spoke, never played
never had lived at all
