ive never touched that crap in my life. i lost the weight about 2 years ago. cut my food intake in half, ate healthier, ran 2 miles and swam 90 laps a day. quit smoking for that first year too...started that up again but eh. like you actually know me well enough to assume i have no self control. hardy har har buttseks.
