I cant get my manager to review the tape, hes like "maybe you lost it somewhere". I know I got 20% on at least $700 of those sales, because that was from 2 large parties. The tables I cant account for the money on totalled about $48 bucks. Just what Im missing.

Now I want to quit. They wont do shit, its not their money. Fuck. I have to go work with her again tonight, and I just dont want to even go in.

Simple fix, Go to your Managers Boss, explain to him the situation, inform him that your boss refuses to help or to even review the tape. His boss should get annoyed that your coming to him and that he's not taking care of his employees and something will be done about it. GRANTED now you will be getting your manager in trouble for not doing his job, and he's going to take it out on you. Had this happen when i was in college and delivered pizza, had another driver get into my box and my manager refused to confront him. After that I got all the shitty shifts and I quit about a month later, but sent a complaint to the corporate office (like they actually care).

i had a manager do something similar to me. he was sitting in the back room when i had a billion customers and the phone rang and it was for him. rather than put the person on hold, i told him to call right back and i'd just let it ring until he DID pick up.

5 minutes later, he starts bitching at me (in front of customers) and i'm like "a customer LEFT because there were so many people in line"
