For real. Love 'em or hate 'em they're now in the limelight too. I just want to go ahead and say I am not a fan. Work with what you got, you know? I see these guys posting on Pr0nplanet with chicks that have boobs the size of zepplins! Please explain to me how that is hott. Don't get me wrong though, I love supple mammary glands as much as the next redblodded american, but I would rather have something real.

This guy I worked with and I had a discussion about fakes and he said, "If I can touch them, they are real."

I told him, "Well she's taken, so you can't touch those."

We laughed for a bit and he conceded.

I honestly don't care. Most women that get implants don't get huge tits, they just get fuller breast that look like they could be natural. The ones that already have large breast usually get lifts. You just see a lot of the porn star tits on television. When my sister got hers a couple years ago, she told the doctor she wanted porn star looking breast up to her freaking neck, and he refused to do it. She went through 3 or 4 doctors before she found one that would give her what she asked for.

Well I had them put under the chest muscle (though my belly button, cool, huh?) so the chest muscle is contracted on them and making them ride high and tight right now, there's also swelling so they look kind of...well...they look and especially feel very implanty.

Over the course of the next month or three they're going to change position, shape, size, and soften up and if my doctors previous patients are an example they should wind up looking pretty natural.

I didnt bother to take much in the way of clothed "before" pictures but I was like an a small A cup before. They were ok, nice shape and feel but I'm tall and an athlete (the first thing a female athlete burns off is her boobs). I also tend to wear tight athletic clothing that crushed what little boobs I did have pretty much into nothing.

So i told the doctor to give me about a "large B...small C" right now i think they look like D's.

I am taking vitamin E and doing frequent massages to hopefully stave off capsular contracture, I'm looking forward to them shrinking to something more reasonable and not riding high and tight like porn star tits.

But it's kind of interesting having way oversized boobs. Today for pretty much the first time ever I caught someone checking out my boobs before they looked me in the face. I found it amusing. I wasnt even wearing a low cut top, it's just that shirts that were nicely form fitting before are total "show off" shirts now.
