It sounds like you're talking more about being cuffed or tied up, but yes that applies to blindfold too. You're right though, you have to have a high level intimacy and trust. To me though, if I don't have that with a person I probably don't want to sleep with them anyway. It's certainly not a good idea on a one night stand.

It's not exactly what I was talking about but you have a point. When you can't see all of a sudden you realize how much we exclude our other senses because we rely on sight. If you ever try dancing in pitch blackness you'll realize how much it throws off your balance. I'd make sure you have lots of room if you try it though...

I'd estimate that 90% of the time (during sexual acts) my eyes are closed. I just prefer to concentrate on the tactile sensations.

You really have to trust the other person, more than a seeing-eye-dog for the blind.

Get past the trust issue and it heightens the rest of your senses when you can't see.

I close my eyes when I do naughty stuff or even when I kiss, (I love to hear the reactions) but occasionally I like to see the look on her face when I'm doing something right.
