Valentine's Day suck as bad as mine??



First, I was going to a family thing earlier this evening (to celebrate my grandparents 63rd wedding anniversary). That was supposed to be over around 7:00 and then I was going to head on up to Atlanta to see a friend. I left the house at 5:30 to meet up by around 6:00 to eat. Well, something went wrong so we went to another restaurant. Had reservations for 6:30. We did not end up leaving until 9:30. WORST SERVICE EVER!! Everybody's food was horrible! Most of it had to be sent back. And our waitress was totally cracked out! (I pretty much mean that literally). I mean, she had some real issues. Her teeth looked all messed up like she had been smoking some rock for quite a while. And she had the shakes so bad she was having trouble writing our orders down. We thought it was supposed to be a half way decent restaurant. Well, decent for the crappy town we were in anyway. All it really was was a glorified shoney's. Then, on top of all that she messed up everybody's check when we were trying to pay.



Anyway, since everything was running so late, I had to cancel my OTHER plans with my friend. :(

I just don't really recognize Valentine's Day as a holiday. It's silly. But my day sucks because my boyfriend is working. Would you believe that today is Friday's busiest day of the year. "Honey, let's have a romantic dinner...at Friday's. It's a really classy joint." :rolleyes:

My friend said she would call me in 5 minutes to see about going to this party, 2 hours later I CALL HER and she tells me shes at the party and our ride did some kind of shit then on top of that my phone is broke so I cant get in touch with anyone and im fucking stuck at my parents house on a saturday night posting on fucking plurplanet.

Mine kinda sucked.

I worked as a WAITRESS all nite (but I, at least, am good at what i do) Then i stayed with the ppl i stay with every sat nite, but both of them had a date so i sat at there house by myself for the rest of the nite.

^LOL.. yeah, this is true! I didn't want to do do anything for Vday this year w/out a sweety, so.. some friends & I just got crunk, laying low.. hehe.. ;) I saw like at least 1 person selling flowers on every street corner!! ugh.. it was annoying! :p

I hung out with 2 of THE greatest guys in the world, went to Chili's, drank a lot of beer throughout the night and laughed my ass off. :headbang: One of the bestest V-day's I've ever had!

well ok i really did have a good valentines day, I went to this resturant with my SWEETY and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the company.
