I would just like to announce that, having performed a sexual act on camera, I am now the world's greatest porn star! The only bad thing is, it was a disposable camera, and the folks over at Wal-mart wouldn't develop it, but it wasn't my damn camera, so I don't care! (sorry, Heather, for jacking your camera)
I think that I looked awesome!

Yeah. Family thing, my ass. Wal-mart also refuses to carry the morning-after pill in its pharmacies, even though, for a lot of women, thats the only place close that they can even fill a prescription.
And isn't the point of operating a huge business, in our capitalist society, to make a profit? NOT to dictate what Americans should and should not believe?! I guess by making a world-weary society believe that your company is single-handedly bringing taste and decency back to America, is a great way to make a profit. I still don't believe that America should allow profit-driven big businesses to act as their moral guides. Especially not under the guise that such busniesses are looking out for the moral well-being of America. The only reasons Walmart even has such a rediculous policy is because finicky consumer trends and a fluctuating market dictate that now, being good is good.
What happens when Americans grow tired of being censored, and once again look for something a little more realistic and substantial? What happens when the conservative extremist ideals are no longer appealing to us? Are companies like Walmart going to abandon their idealistic politics, and adopt a more liberal policy, and if so, just how liberal are they going to get?
I don't want my kids to have to look at Britney Spear's cervix everytime I pass a newssand, but at the same time, I don't believe that a company's desire to make a profit by flaunting its conservative political views on the morning after pill should limit a woman's choices. Just how many of my personal freedoms are going to be shattered because Walmart doesn't agree that I should have them? How many of my personal freedoms are going to be shattered because Walmart needs to make a profit?
That to me is like a parent who refuses to allow a child experience the world as it is, and then wonders why the child seems so oblivious to the plight of others.
And after not being able to process my nudie film, I'm never gonna shop there again.
Wal-mart is facist. Thats all I have to say about that.

just because Wal-Mart doesn't support certain beliefs doesn't mean they are trying to get you to also...
but most liberals need something to bitch about.

In addition its also nice to see a cooperation who finds there morals and there belief system more important then the all mighty dollar! As far as your pictures go, I wouldnt develop them either! Not because of any of my beliefs but how in the hell could you ask a minium wage employee, a highschool student, or one of those lovley senior citizens to develop such a thing? Your morals, the companies morals can never infringe on the rights, or beliefs of another!!
Lastly, the morning after pill...... is the worst idea any pharmacutical company ever had! Its bad enough that this country mandates abortions but if you dont wanna get knocked up Im quite sure you know how to keep that from happening! Why do people have such a hard time taking responsibility for there actions..........

Their belief system? You can't honestly expect me to believe that an entire company say down and decided that the morning-after pill is a real threat to the moral fiber of America!
Don't attack the morning-after-pill like it has anything to do with abortion!
The pill is distributed in the first 24-72 hours after a possible fertilization. It works by preventing the zygote, or encased egg/sperm combo, from implanting in the uterine wall. It is no more than a packet of concentrated hormones (such as the ones used in bc pills).
It is most frequently used in situations where other forms of birth control were used, but may have failed. So I think the morning-after pill is a great way to exercise your responsibility when it comes to parenting.
I also notice that you didn't grasp the concept that the only reason that Walmart has adopted such conservative standards, is because right now, in American culture, that is what will make them a buck.
WB - I'm not going to get into a discussion about abortion rights with someone who doesn't know what the hell they are talking about, but let me ask you this one question: How do you expect someone to make an informed decision, without arming them with actual information? Right now, safe-sex based education programs are only being taught in 8 states. Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, and pretty much the rest of the south are still teaching "just say no".
Try not to make it so fucking obvious that you have no idea what you are talking about.
And you're right, that person should not have been forced to look at naked pictures that he/she might have found objectionable, but like I said, it wasn't my camera, and I didn't take it into the Walmart in the first place! Thats why it was so funny. When I said I wouldn't shop at walmart because they wouldn't process my film, I was being SARCASTIC!
And I refuse to believe that women who have no other way to fill a prescription and are being denied the morning-after-pill, and thus forced to carry and have a child, or to have an abortion later, are being treated fairly.
It doesn't matter what your religious beliefs concerning abortion are. They differ from other people's religious beliefs concerning abortion. Due to the seperation of church and state, which protects you, too, laws CANNOT, and should not, be based on one part of the population, no matter how large, and their RELIGIOUS beliefs.
If you don't like that people are having abortions, then help stop unwanted pregnancies from occuring, and vote for someone who believes in safe-sex based education programs.
Now can we change the subject?
wal-mart = preferred store of the bible belt.
two words.
digital camera =) or polaroid camera if you want to keep it retro. :P

I have now taken about a dozen nudie shots in the mirror, and I am quite pleased with the results.
