View Full Version : YOU Fucking SUCK

YOU don't have to be rude and have a fucking attitude to young teenagers who just want to get their license. DON'T fucking ask "ARE YOU NERVOUS?" after you make me even more nervous by cocking your fat head and giving me attitude. Don't POINT to the place where you want me to pull up to and then when I don't pull up to the fucking LINE according to your satisfaction, bitch about it, because you didn't fucking specify WHERE exactly I should pull up to and then proceed to tell me "If you don't listen to exactly what I say, you're going to fail." Is that a THREAT? DON'T tell me I have a pretty, little car and I need to learn how to drive it. I KNOW I have a pretty, little car and I DO know how to drive it. Working at the fucking DMV doesn't give you ANY kind of superiority over others. And learn how to speak proper English. Last time I checked, ebonics didn't count. Maybe if you did speak properly I could've followed the instructions you were trying to give me a little bit better. BITCH.

/end rant

I donno, the ones that I've dealt with were all right.

they let me renew my liscense and registration by mail. it was pretty easy, actually. it just took a week or so.

we can't renew our license by mail...we have to get a new picture taken and shit.

i hate how there is ALWAYS a long ass line at the DMV and I end up spending half of my day there. i think they like it when there are 100 people waiting to be served and only 2 people working at a counter that was meant for 10 people to be working at.

No, to add to that...THE worst is AFTER standing in line the entire fucking day around the nastiest people you have ever seen (they smell like burritos), you get to the counter only to be told they are no longer accepting anyone else that day and you'll "just have to come back tomorrow". FUCK THAT! :twak:

Um, I can top your story. :p I had to get my driver's license changed over from Florida to Georgia so I looked online to see where it was located. I get the directions and go down there and there are no numbers on the fucking buildings downtown. I keep trying to park but every fucking lot is full. I finally find a parking spot but am still not sure where the dmv is. I ask the parking attendant and he points to a building about 5 blocks away. It starts to pour down rain as I am walking and my hair dye is bleeding on my brand new leather coat. I get to the building and the lady just laughs at me and says it is across the street. I proceed to walk across the street and step in several puddles and cars are splashing me on the way there since the road is all fucked up and filled with pot holes. Get into the dmv finally and have to sit there for what seems like foreverr (keep in mind I have hair dye on my coat, am soaked and it's January and cold). I finally get my license 3 hours later. One of the worst days of my life. :cries: :scream:

Awww! You win! I would've cussed someone out, called whoever it is that's SUPPOSED to fix the freaking potholes, and the people that make hair dye and yell at them for not inventing hair dye that doesn't bleed for DAYS afterwards (mine did).

And, I CAN drive, Andrew! I'm just saying that if MAYBE they would have been a little nicer and made me feel a little more at ease I wouldn't have screwed up as bad, and even if I had, they probably wouldn't have been so rude about it, dammit.

Did you go to the one at Loehman's Plaza??

When I got my first car, my uncle gave it to me....it was a 1986 Plymouth Reliant (K Edition :) ), and there was a stain on the passenger seat.

The guy giving the test wouldn't sit in the car because he said it would stain his uniform.

I told him it was a permanent stain and it had already been shampoo'd out as much as it would come, and he still refused.

He asked if I would pay to have his uniform cleaned if he sat in it, and I asked him why he wasn't going to get his uniform cleaned anyway, and that if he did, that was a tax deductable expense, and he wouldn't let me take the test there.

He told me if I ever wanted to take the test, I would have to go somewhere else.

What a fucking dick.

I acutally went to the one off of Canton Rd. and Piedmont that opened up not too long ago.

hahaha, dmv people are such assholes.

i waited in line to get my license and when i finally got to the front the guy goes... this is the line for renewing your license, you need to wait in THAT line.
i walk over to the line RIGHT next it.... wait longer...
get to the front of the SAME desk with the SAME guy who was helping both lines.....
wtf????

then the guy who did my driving test had me parallel park on the left side of the road...... i mean, who does that???

Yeah. I passed mine the first time I took the test. Plus, it was nearly two weeks after I first started to drive that I went to get my license.
I didn't have a permit.
But hey, I was already over 18 so I didn't have to get it.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, MIXIE!! :)
I wouldn't want to retake the test with those dumbasses. :twak:

06-27-2003, 05:36 PM
I'm pretty sure that you now have to have an appointment to take your test at ALL of the places now, and the place I went to is like 10 minutes away from my house, so I'm just going to go there again, even though I'd like to go somewhere else. But I REFUSE to take the test again with that same lady and I will GO OFF if they think I'm going to! Besides, I'm sure the people aren't going to be any better anywhere else, there's respectful people and bitchy people wherever you go! And yes, they definitely think their job is more important than it is. My sister and my boyfriend took their test TWICE before they got their license, so that makes me feel a little better (even though my sister was the quite a shitty driver when she first started out.) :)

ok im not understanding the issue here, you mean to tell me that when your on the road and you get into a stressfull situation and you wreck then the police are supposed to say "well...i mean she was stressed out and all, and maybe if she had been a little more at ease then she wouldnt have screwed up so bad" ....uh....im gonna say no. You should only have it so easy here in Ga. to get your license... in most other states you are REQUIRED to have 40 hours of classes and then 20 hours of actual driving time with a cert. instructor, also they may even make you keep your temps for 6 mos-1yr if you are under 18.... Ga. laws are very relaxed and mostly a joke. If they would simply adopt a strict driving program then maybe we wouldnt have so many wrecks.

Okay, sweetie, NO. That wasn't what I was saying at all. I was nervous about taking the test because, of course, I wanted to get my license. The whole TEST part was making me nervous, not the driving part. And the people that work jobs like that have no need to be rude and make you feel uncomfortable. So no, that wasn't what I was meaning to tell you. :)

Yes, and even though it ISN'T required, I completed my 40 hours of classes and my 20 hours of driving time with an instructor. Also, I kept my permit for WAY over a year before getting my license.

By the way, everyone, I got my license last Thursday. SOLID. :D

wow....youve been posting about parties and going tp them and what not for a long time now. and you just got old enough to get your liscence? guess its a good thing they made the globe 12- i mean 17 and up, or else youd have to resort to sneaking into rated r movies with the rest of your high school buddies.

I was old enough to get my license about two years ago, but if you know Georgia law, you have to have your permit for a year before you can get your license and I was a little late on doing that. Regarding the Globe being made 17 and up...that really didn't affect me because I always have been able to get in. Who CAN'T get in to the Globe, really? Also, about 'high school buddies.' I've already graduated from high school, so maybe next time, you should realize who you're talking to and making assumptions about before you open your mouth. :D

Haha, I got my license in White County, I was scared as fuck, PLUS I was driving my mom's minivan. My sister went to the same place and all she had to do was drive around the park and rec and then park the car, that was soooooo not what I had to do. I had to parallel park at the top of a hill (as in there was pavement and then riiiiiight next to it a HUGE down sloping hill) so if I messed up, I would have killed me and the sherriff and would have definately totalled if not DESTROYED my mom's van. I didn't do it, but he showed me how and didn't fail me *phew* and then when I was backing up, I looked in the rear view mirror instead of spanning the whole car *DERF* as well as I had to drive on the main road on a road that I had no clue about anything and back out of someone's driveway onto the main road without getting hit (I've heard that is a illeagal to do in GA.) but I passed my test on the first try and I"m proud to say that I am coming up on a year (Sept 22nd) with no wrecks and no tickets, I think I'm doing pretty good. I'm glad you finally got your's MiXie.
