I'd say there's a difference between spinning and DJ. DJ would be the one with skill ..... whereas spinning is what i call "the way i listen to my music." So yea.

this is so fuckin true man everyone wants to be a dj....but some will pick up vinyls and spin for a while and be done while the ones who stick to it and continue to spin and hone thier MIXING skills and STYLE are the ones who we grow to adore. you are only a dj when ur behind the decks.....thats YOUR time to shine, but after...you arent dj dieselboy or dj sasha or dj paul van dyke....your: Damien or whever else u are during the week....

but being a dj is all about style and your mixing ability....if you have those then you truly are a DJ
