time problem!!!

does anyones time right on this damn thing?!?! no matter what time zone i put it in its all worng!!! i live in eastern but it says its fucking 9:24!!! its not!!! its 3:24 and its pissing me off!!!!! :twitch:

no my time has always been messed up. i have it set on the right thing but it still shows that its 5 hrs behind..i know what u r talking about

Click on user cp at the top and then "User Options" and go down and change your time to GMT to set it so it shows the right time. The board has EST set for GMT

Mine's always been messed up, even when I did change the time on that damned thing.

For some reason there's not a way to set the time for the board if it's in a different timezone than the server we're hosted on. I know it's kinda confusing, but anyone in EST should just leave it set to GMT since that is the timezone that actually works to show the correct time. I would just edit the file and change everything, but as often as we move servers I would have to change that everytime as well, which would end up being more of a pain in the ass than it's worth. ;)

I'm going to move this to the Feedback & Updates forum as well since it really should have been posted in there. ;)
