While reading this Classic Post (http://www.plurplanet.com/forum/showthread.php?postid=301342#post301342) it hit me we need a place to move those treads that are just too good to loose in the heap of nothingness. Kind of like Lunar has their Archive we need a Classics Forum where you lock and move all the truely GOOD topics the ones that make us laugh, cry, us just be at our silliest best, or on those rare ocassions when we are being at our most serious.
Just a thought :)

Hmmm... That might not be a bad idea. If I was going to do something like that I think the best way would be to add some kind of voting system to the threads where people could 'nominate' threads they thought should be moved there. Then I could look through the nominated ones and move them to that forum later. Something like that probably wouldn't be too hard to do, but it would be about a month or so before I did it... vBulletin 3.0 is supposed to come out within about a month, so I don't want to waste a lot of time hacking the board now when I would just have to do it all over again after that's released. Anyone else have an opinion on this or would anyone else like a "Classics" forum?

I believe its a good idea. You can always search for a specific thread but its also fun to browse through alot of classics at our own accord.

10 bucks says 90% of the posts would be started, or be about the living legend himself. :)
